• The largest office project in Gdynia – 3T Office Park has its first tenants.
• The commercialization of the office building began with the signing of contracts with two service operators: the Medicover medical center and the Little Einstein kindergarten.
• Completion of the 3T Office Park complex is planned for mid-2021.

A few months after the start of construction, the 3T Office Park office building announces its first tenants. In mid-2021 the medical center Medicover Polska will move in to over 1.5 thousand sq m. of space and the kindergarten Little Einstein will start to occupy the premises of ca 200 sq m.

Medicover Polska with a new medical center in Gdynia is a part of Medicover – a leading international company providing services in the field of healthcare and diagnostic since 1995. The kindergarten in the 3T Office Park is a continuation and development of activity in the field of modern education of the facility’s owners, who currently run four non-public kindergartens – three of them operate in office buildings.

– The kindergarten in the office building is a symbol of a modern institution. We will take care of a well-organized educational space that will allow children to develop passions, arouse entrepreneurial thinking, learn languages, catch individual talents, accept mistakes and to work in groups. The largest office building in Gdynia 3T Office Park is being built in Gdynia at Kazimierz Górski Street – in the well-connected, multifunctional district, including SKM and PKM stops, Gdynia Arena Hall, office buildings at the Łużycka Street, sports complexes and the Riviera shopping center. 3T Office Park is the largest office investment in Gdynia with 54,5 thousand sq m. of usable floor space and 38,5 thousand sq m. of rentable space. The characteristic element of the office building’s design are three towers: two with 10 floors above ground and the middle one with 13 floors. A two-storey underground garage hall will accommodate 420 parking spaces. 3T Office Park Sp. z o. o. is responsible for the implementation of the office complex which completion is planned for mid-2021.
