The timeless architectural concept was created in the AHR Architects studio, specializing in sustainable construction projects. The facades vary depending on the directions of the world. Connectors between the towers and viewing terraces on roofs are covered with extensive greenery.

The building received the following certificates: BREEAM Interim at the “Excellent” grade and the “Object without barriers” certificate issued by the “Integration” Foundation.
