By the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons about the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as the GDPR, we present to you information concerning the processing of your personal data by 3T Office Park Joint Stock Company with its registered office in Gdynia at ul. Łużycka 6, 81-537 Gdynia, Poland, your personal data.

1 Data Controller

The Controller of your personal data is 3T Office Park Joint Stock Company with its registered office in Gdynia at ul. Łużycka 6, 81-537 Gdynia, Poland registered in the National Court Register kept by the District Court Gdańsk-Północ in Gdańsk, Poland under KRS no. 0000729309, share capital PLN 1.005.000,00 zł, NIP no. 586-23-30-873, REGON no. 380059177 (hereinafter referred to as “Controller”).

2 Data Protection Officer

The Company has appointed a Personal Data Protection Officer. This is the person you can contact on all matters concerning the processing of personal data, email: iod@3tofficepark.pl.

3 Information concerning the processing of personal data

The Controller collects data for legitimate purposes, processes them lawfully and does not subject them to further processing that would be incompatible with these purposes. Data shall be collected only to the extent appropriate and necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.

The Controller shall make every effort to protect the data against unauthorised access by third parties and, in this respect, shall apply organisational and technical security measures.

4 Purposes of personal data processing and legal basis:

  • for marketing purposes related to the marketing of the Controller’s products or services, including the sending of commercial information to your email address (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR)
  • carrying out recruitment processes – based on the consent given by the candidate in the information clause (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR)
  • concluding and performing a contract, contacting the client in connection with the performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR)
  • fulfilment of legal obligations incumbent on the Controller, based on (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR)
  • archiving documents, i.e. contracts and billing documents (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR)
  • enforcing contractual claims (Article 6(1)(f),
  • archiving documents, i.e. contracts and billing documents (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR)
  • keeping statistics (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5  Sharing of personal data (recipients of personal data)

Recipients of the data provided by you may be entities authorised based on legal regulations and entities related to 3T Office Joint Stock Company with its registered office in Gdynia based on an entrusted data processing agreement, including:

  • entities which the Controller uses or to whom the Controller has entrusted the performance of activities within the scope of its business
  • entities to whom the Controller entrusted the processing of personal data
  • entities which provide the Controller with legal assistance, advisory, marketing, insurance, technical or IT services, suppliers of systems supporting the Controller’s activity
  • other Controllers processing personal data on their behalf, including entities providing courier services, postal services, banking services, entitled entities and bodies to which the Controller is obliged or authorised to disclose personal data based on binding legal provisions, including law enforcement, judicial, and administrative bodies.

6 Period of storage of personal data

The storage period of personal data depends on the legal basis and the purpose of processing such data, taking into account the principle of accountability. With the above in mind, your personal data will be stored for the following period:

  • in the case of personal data processed based on your consent to their processing – until your consent is withdrawn at the latest
  • in case of the processing of personal data to comply with a legal obligation incumbent on the Controller – for the time necessary for the fulfilment of this obligation and the time in which the Controller can bear the legal consequences of non-fulfilment of this obligation
  • for the time necessary to establish, secure or assert claims by the Controller concerning the activity carried out or to your person, or to establish the Controller’s liability, or to defend against claims made against the Controller, before law enforcement or judicial authorities, in criminal, civil or administrative proceedings, taking into account the periods of limitation set out in the applicable legislation.

7 Your rights

The provision of personal data by you is voluntary, however, the refusal to provide data will prevent the activities related to the purposes referred to in Section 3 hereof.

With regard to the processing of your personal data by 3T Office Joint Stock Company, you have the following rights:

  • to access the content of the data
  • to withdraw your consent at any time
  • to request a copy of your data
  • to rectify your data
  • to be forgotten (erasure of data)
  • to restrict data processing
  • to object
  • to data portability.

Furthermore, we inform you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

8 Automated decision-making, including profiling

In the processing of your personal data, there is no exclusively automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR. This means that you are not subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which could produce legal effects on you or significantly affect your situation similarly.
