Location

The area of the office park is located between two SKM stations, a similar distance of approx. 1 km is from the “Redłowo” station and the “Wzgórze Św. Maksymilian ” to the 3T Office Park. A truly unique advantage of 3T Office Park on the Tri-City scale is the immediate vicinity of the Pomeranian Metropolitan Railway PKM “Stadion” stop, which guarantees safe and quick access to the airport, to many places on the upper terrace of the Tri-City and key towns in the region.

The office complex is located about 2 km from the very center of Gdynia, less than a 20-minute walk. Just outside the city center there is the Sea Port and then the Baltic Container Terminal.

The Lech Wałęsa International Airport is only 20 km away. It is the third largest airport in Poland. Using the Pomeranian Metropolitan Railway – the station is located right next to the 3T Office Park – travel time takes approx. 20 minutes.

In the close vicinity, there are office complexes at ul.
