- Wartsila Polska has chosen 3T Office Park from among 18 potential offices in the Tri-City.
Wartsila Polska Sp. z o. o. has chosen 3T Office Park in Gdynia for the location of the Polish branch. In mid-2021, after commissioning the building, the company will occupy ca. 2.5 thousand sq m of space – two floors in one of the three towers in the building – with the possibility of renting ca. 1.2 thousand sq m additional space.

Especially for companies with a Scandinavian origin – due to geographical proximity and an extensive network of air connections with Finland, Sweden and Norway. Wartsila is a company operating in very specialized areas and requires a modern work environment. Wartsila Polska is the third confirmed tenant of 3T Office Park. At the beginning of the year, the investor signed contracts with two service operators: the Mały Einstein kindergarten and the Medicover medical center.
TWO BUSINESS LINES ON TWO FLOORS 3T OFFICE PARK
Wartsila Polska is a branch of Wärtsilä Corporation based in Helsinki. It offers comprehensive solutions for the offshore and energy industries – product sales, design and maintenance services. Activity in Gdynia allows the company to cooperate locally with other entities from the Marine and Oil & Gas sectors.
After a detailed study of the Tri-City market, among 18 offices that meet our requirements, the office at 3T Office Park turned out to be the most interesting offer. The decision was based on two key parameters. The first and most important is the location of the building. We took into account employee expectations related to convenient access to the office – from the Tri-City area, but also Rumia, Reda and Wejherowo. The office rented by Wartsila Polska will be dedicated to two business lines: ship design and gas installations. Both teams are mostly made up of engineers involved in international projects. The products, that Wartsila provides for the Marine sector, are technologies among which Wartsila is a market leader.
