3T Office Park Sp. z o.o. issued bonds worth PLN 105 million.

Institutional investors took up bonds worth PLN 105 million, what confirms the significant position of 3T Office Park among the most modern office projects in the country. The bond issue is the next step in the implementation of the largest office project in the history of Gdynia. Bonds with a maturity of nearly 3.5 years bear interest based on the WIBOR3M rate, increased by a margin.
– It is worth noting that the bonds were fully covered by reputable investment funds, which proves the quality of our project, the largest one implemented in Gdynia’s history and undoubtedly one of the most attractive office buildings in the Tri-City. The efficient course of the transaction should be emphasized, resulting mainly from the professionalism and commitment of the brokerage house – says Sergiusz Gniadecki, investor in the office building, president of the management board at 3T Office Park Sp. z o.o.
The sole organizer and agent of the issue was Michael / Ström Dom Maklerski. The role of legal advisor in the transaction was performed by DJM Dubiński Jeleński Masiarz i Wspólnicy.
The largest office project in Gdynia
The 3T Office Park building received a formal use permit in October 2021. Three towers with a total area of 38,460 m2 GLA are located on the border of well-connected Gdynia districts: Wzgórze Św. Maksymiliana and Redłowo. Together with office buildings located at ul. Łużycka and the Pomeranian Science and Technology Park, the facility forms the most important business center in Gdynia and one of the largest in the Tri-City. There are also several commercial, sports and recreational facilities in the immediate vicinity of the investment.
The building has BREEAM Interim at the “Excellent” grade certificate and the “Object without barriers” title certified by the “Integration” Foundation. 3T Office Park also won the “Best Office Development Poland 2020-2021” award in the European Property Awards competition.
The list of confirmed tenants of the office building includes Asseco Poland S.A., Wartsila Polska, Maersk Polska, Medicover medical and dental center, Meating Point restaurant, and Mały Einstein nursery and kindergarten. It is worth noting that this year’s 3T Office Park investor agreement with Asseco Poland for the lease of over 3,700 m2 is one of the largest in the north of the country since the pandemic began.
