• Construction of the largest office project in Gdynia – 3T Office Park starts.
• 3 towers of 38.5 thousand m2 of leasable area will be built at the Kazimierz Górski’s street.
• The investor of the building is 3T Office Park Sp. z o.o.

The construction of 3T Office Park will begin in the second quarter of 2019. The office complex will be erected in Gdynia at Kazimierz Górski str. – in a well-connected, multifunctional district, including SKM and PKM stops, Gdynia Arena Hall, office buildings at Łużycka str., sports complexes and the Riviera shopping center. The total usable area of ​​3T Office Park will amount to 54.9 thousand m2, of which the leased area will amount to ​​38.5 thousand m2. An underground car park with 420 parking spaces and 250 places for bicycles will be available to the users of the building.

3T Office Park will be an “A” class office building, the building has received the Interim certificate in the British BREEAM building rating system at the “Excellent” level, which guarantees meeting the highest standards in terms of management, comfort, energy efficiency and environmental impact. The building will also be built in accordance with the requirements of the “Integration” Foundation, which is to be confirmed by the “Object without barriers” certificate. 3T Office Park will thus be fully adapted to work and use of people with disabilities.

The 3T Office Park Sp. z o.o. is responsible for the completion of the office project.

I am happy to start another office project at the Tri-City market. In the past, we had the opportunity to create at local market  modern office space from scratch (including Allcon @ park, Łużycka Office Park or Łużycka Plus). It is worth noting that 3T Office Park is being created in a great communication and functional location, from the business point of view in one of the best locations in the Tri-City. The investment will be built in the formula of general contracting. The entire process will be coordinated on behalf of the investor by the company Gleeds Polska, responsible for project and cost management, providing supervisory inspectors and coordination regarding BREEAM certification.

The author of the architectural design is AHR Architects with its headquarters in London and an office in Warsaw – a studio with extensive experience in realizing the assumptions of sustainable construction.

The completion of 3T Office Park is planned for the second quarter of 2021.
