BREEAM Interim at "Excellent" level, which guarantees compliance with the highest standards in terms of management, energy efficiency, user working comfort and environmental impact.

Purchase of electricity from renewable sources (solar/wind) to meet ESG requirements and the criteria of the EU taxonomy regulation. From 2027, more than 70% of the building's demand will be covered from zero-emission sources. The solution will be based on a cPPA agreement with a dedicated wind and solar installation, connected in cable-pooling mode.

Fresh air inside the building thanks to modern ventilation with an efficient heat recovery system. LED lighting and the latest air-conditioning systems reduce energy consumption.

Monitoring of energy consumption (electrical, thermal and cooling) and water is synchronised with the BMS building management system.
WELL Health-Safety Rating
The certificate confirms that high standards of health, safety and quality of the work environment have been met, covering among others the assessment of air and water quality and conditions affecting the comfort of building users. The assessment covers the building's performance in terms of sustainable development, health, safety, well-being and indoor environmental quality. Throughout the building's lifecycle, the certification focuses on operational policies and management, as well as appropriate procedures and protocols.
Barrier-Free Facility
The Barrier-Free Facility certificate confirms that the building meets the rigorous accessibility standards developed by the Integracja Foundation. The aim of the certification is to confirm that the building has been fully adapted to the needs of people with disabilities, people with limited mobility, parents with children and seniors.
