03Information on the processing of personal data
The Controller collects data for the lawful purposes listed below, processes it in accordance with the law and does not subject it to further processing incompatible with those purposes. Data is collected only to the adequate, necessary and required extent in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.
The Controller makes every effort to protect data from unauthorised access by third parties and applies organisational and technical security measures in this regard.
04Purposes and legal basis for processing personal data
- For marketing purposes related to the marketing of the Controller's products or services, including sending commercial information to your e-mail address (Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation).
- Implementation of recruitment processes - based on the consent expressed by the candidate in the information clause (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Conclusion and performance of a contract, contacting the client in connection with the performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Fulfilment of legal obligations incumbent on the Controller (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Archiving of documents, i.e. contracts and settlement documents (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Pursuing claims related to the concluded contract (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Conducting statistics (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
05Disclosure of personal data
Recipients of the data you provide may be entities authorised on the basis of legal provisions and entities connected with 3T Office Park Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Gdynia on the basis of a data processing agreement, including:
- Entities from which the Controller uses or to which it has entrusted the performance of activities within the scope of its business.
- Entities to which the Controller has entrusted the processing of personal data.

- Formspree, Inc. (United States) - provider of the contact form handling service, through which the data entered in the form (name, e-mail address and message content) is transmitted and stored. The transfer of data to a third country (USA) takes place on the basis of appropriate safeguards provided for under the GDPR. 06Retention period for personal data
The retention period for personal data depends on the legal basis and purpose of processing such data, taking into account the principle of accountability. With the above in mind, your personal data will be stored for the period:
- In the case of personal data processed on the basis of your consent to their processing - at the latest until it is withdrawn.
- In the case of processing personal data for the purpose of fulfilling a legal obligation incumbent on the Controller - for the time necessary to fulfil that obligation and the time during which the Controller may bear legal consequences for non-fulfilment of that obligation.
- For the time necessary to establish, secure or pursue claims by the Controller in connection with its business activity or your person, or to establish the Controller's liability, or to defend against claims made against the Controller, before law enforcement or adjudicating bodies, in criminal, civil or administrative proceedings, taking into account the limitation periods specified in applicable law.
07Your rights
Providing personal data by you is voluntary, however, refusal to provide data will prevent the performance of activities related to the purposes referred to in point 3.

08Automated decision-making, including profiling
During the processing of your personal data, no solely automated decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Article 22 of the Regulation takes place. This means that you are not subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which could produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect your situation.
