3T Office Park is located at the very heart of the fastest-growing part of Gdynia, at the junction of two districts: Wzgórze Św. Maksymiliana and Redłowo. It is the central point and catalyst for the further development of this most functionally and transport-wise organised area of the Tri-City.
Driving to the Tri-City ring road from 3T Office Park takes approximately 10 min. Two independent road sections are available, facilitating fast onward connections to the airport and the wider metropolitan area.
The unique location of the office building on the main railway axis of the Tri-City and the metropolitan railway line enables fast travel across the metropolis. The main PKP railway station just 2 km away allows for express travel to the main cities of Poland.
