Everything on the spot
There is one of the two largest shopping centers in Northern Poland – “Riviera” with numerous shops, food court points, cinema and fitness club. Here, there are also sports and recreational facilities such as: Gdynia Arena, the National Rugby Stadium and the Gdynia Sports Center with a modern football stadium. Among the planned investments are, in turn, an indoor Olympic swimming pool and a hotel and aparthotel in the immediate vicinity of 3T Office Park.
The attractiveness of the location increases the direct and easily accessible neighborhood of the forested moraine hills of the Tri-City Landscape Park interwoven with the Tri-City metropolis.
A new office space
3T Office Park will significantly strengthen the business and office “competence” of the district. The office complex will consist of three towers connected at the ground floor and +1 level, thus providing 36 multifunctional floors. The distinguishing elements of the investment will include view terraces located on the roof of each tower, green gardens suspended between buildings at the 2nd floor level and 250 bicycle places completed by shower- and changing rooms for cyclists.
